Shipping
Most orders will ship out within two days of ordering. Your order will be shipped by Australia Post unless otherwise stated. . Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers. Postage is $8.00 per shipment in Australia & $17.00 to customers located in New Zealand
Refunds
We stand by our products, so if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your goods for a return authority and we will refund the amount of your purchase (minus postage cost). No questions asked. Items must be returned in the original condition and original packaging.

We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning. If goods are returned damaged we may not accept them.
